Ricardo is a true professional: capable, competent, efficient and smart! My 7.2 KWh system had been installed by someone else and was just not producing like I expected. The original installers were not responsive at all after the sale. I sought a second opinion with Ricardo and he discovered shoddy work, disconnected wires, and an unbalanced system. He rewired and balanced the system, reset the parameters and now the system is finally producing the way it should have been all along! Throughout the process Ricardo explained what needed to be done and what the charges would be. He was easy to work with and reliable. I can wholeheartedly recommend him.
